Rob joined the CRMEF family in 2009 and is now the program's Director of Obstetrics. A graduate of the The Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Beck later received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, then completed residency in Family Medicine at the University of Minnesota. He went on to practice for a number of years in Massachusetts, including a faculty stint at the University of Massachusetts family medicine residency in Fitchburg, MA. Prior to joining the faculty in Cedar Rapids, he practiced full-spectrum family medicine in rural Atlantic, Iowa.
