Dr. Aleksandra Siwkiewicz, aka "Ola," was born in Warsaw, Poland, where she lived until she was 4 years old. She then lived briefly in Rochester, New York, before her family moved to Cleveland, Ohio, where she spent the majority of her formative years.

Ola did her undergraduate training at THE Ohio State University (Go Bucks!) where she gained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Spanish in 2008. During her time at OSU, Ola took a trip to Santa Rosa de Copan in Honduras to work with Habitat for Humanity on a house build.

For medical training, Dr. Siwkiewicz returned to her native Poland where she not only earned her medical degree, but she also reconnected with her heritage, her family, and improved her Polish language skills. She received her MD from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in 2013.

As you might expect, Dr. Siwkiewicz is fluent in Polish and she is working on her Spanish speaking ability. She has a special interest in Maternal and Child Health which she intends to pursue further after completion of residency at CRMEF.
