Saba University School of Medicine
Born in New York City, Dr. Hood later moved to Dallas, Texas during his youth, where he graduated from Highland Park High School. He earned a BS in Biology from Centre College, a liberal arts college in Danville, Kentucky. Before attending Saba University School of Medicine, Dr. Hood enjoyed conducting translational research focused on treating multiple sclerosis and diabetes mellitus at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Dr. Hood is a lover of all things athletic, having played football and soccer in school. Professionally, Dr. Hood plans to apply his broad family medicine training to a career in primary care sports medicine.
Outside the clinic and off the field, Dr. Hood can be found in the kitchen or exploring the outdoors with his wife, son, and daughter.
