Dr. Brock Mills was born in Dubuque, Iowa and grew up in several cities across the Midwest. He attended Iowa State University for his undergraduate training and completed medical school at Des Moines University. Dr. Mills has a special interest in diet and fitness and using exercise to improve health.

Dr. Mills is the proud owner of Melvin, a 5-year old greyhound. He enjoys going to Green Bay Packer and Cyclone football games, attending Nascar events and spending time with family and friends.
