Dr. Ravdel attended medical school in the Ukraine, where she also trained as a dermatologist. After moving to the United States, she did skin cancer research at the University of Colorado in Denver and later completed an intern year in internal medicine in Denver.

Her professional interests include prevention, patient education and inpatient medicine. At home, she enjoys Pilates, listening to classical music, photography, interior design, cooking and time with her family.

Dr. Ravdel is married to husband Gary, and they have a son, Alex.
