Dr. Callie Rose Pittard was born in Minnesota and raised in Iowa and Nebraska. After graduating high school from Ankeny, IA, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Spanish and Humanities in Medicine. GO BIG RED! From there she moved to Kansas City and received her Masters in Biomedical Sciences and Medical Degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She is very excited to join the family here at Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation and begin her career as a physician.

Dr. Callie Pittard's professional interests include Women's Health, Obstetrics, Palliative Care and Rural Medicine.

When not caring for patients or studying she enjoys running along the river downtown, trying new restaurants, petting every dog she sees, and visiting her parents Mark and Anne in Panama City, FL. She also has one sister and brother in law, Leah and Jon, in York, NE.
