United Way 2-1-1 Program (formerly "First Call for Help")

offers help in locating specific services. If you need information regarding how to locate a daycare service or where the closest domestic violence shelter is, First Call for Help is a good place to turn.

Since November 2002 the First Call for Help Collaboration has offered around the clock answers to information and referral questions. This collaboration includes Foundation 2, HACAP, the Heritage Area Agency on Aging and United Way of East Central Iowa.
